Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Stradiv is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@stradiv.shop.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Stradiv is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@stradiv.shop. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping for Large Items

Lawn Mowers and Storage Sheds:
Due to the size and weight of lawn mowers and storage sheds, these items may be shipped via freight carrier. Delivery times for freight shipments may vary, and additional delivery arrangements may be required. Our customer service team will contact you with further details once your order has been processed.
